Why Would Side Wall Light Have 2 Wires
Question:
The wall light inside trailer has two white wires, Should this be the case? Why is there no backup lights on my trailer 14 foot cargo.

It is my understanding that backup/reverse lights aren't really required on trailers, however that rule could be different depending on where you live. You can definitely add those lights if you want to but if you don't have them typically the trailer will have reflectors and clearance lights.
If you are replacing one of your trailer lights, like part # RVILL34, and there are 2 wires then I would imagine one is for power and the other is for ground. It's just that whoever messed with that wiring last deemed it appropriate to use 2 white wires. While there aren't any rules against this, it can be a bit confusing.
