Absolutely the Go Power Portable Solar System with Digital Solar Controller part # 34282729 can charge many types of electronics through its USB port. It uses a PWM controller to control the charge rate and not send power spikes to the electronics.
The Go Power Solar Kits really are awesome and are very well built. I highly recommend them.
