I have two really good options for you to solve this sagging issue. Great news is they can be used together if you choose to. The first step will be the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System part # TBDR750. These will replace your current axle bump stops with larger more robust stops to help prevent the sagging you're experiencing. These have a 15,000 lb. weight bearing capacity and will engage rather quickly as a load goes on the truck. This would be my pick of the two if I were going with one or the other.

The next step is the SuperSprings Custom Suspension Stabilizer and Sway Control Kit part # SSA35 this will add another 6,600 lb. of weight bearing capacity. These will engage to do the same thing as the Timbren's.

Please keep in mind that these will not increase your payload they simply try to help relieve wear and tear and prevent sagging when the truck gets loaded down. As a by product both body roll and sway will be reduced giving you a more enjoyable driving experience.
