Can Shovel Carried in Buyer's Products 337SH675SS Shovel Holder Move Around on Rough Road
Question:
How tightly does this grasp a typical shovel handle? I drive a large 4x4 expedition vehicle on rough, washboarded roads and would like to know if this would hold a full sized shovel in place oriented vertically, or with vibration would the shovel work its way down in the carrier? Thanks.

According to Buyer's products, the spring loaded # 337SH675SS Shovel holder will work very well on rough roads if they're navigated at a reasonable speed. If the holder is mounted so that the shovel is vertical, the shovel has a straight handle, it's possible the shovel could slide if the vehicle suspension is taking a real pounding.
I've linked to a product description video featuring the shovel holder.
