I recommend using the Furrion Vision S Wireless Observation Camera System # FCE48TASL-05 which comes with 1 camera for the rear/over the door and 2 side marker light cameras to give you a good field of view of your 5th wheel trailer. This system has a 7" monitor and can be wired to your 12v auxiliary power so that it acts as an observation system that is motion activated. You can add a 4th camera to be placed somewhere else on the trailer with part # FCN48TASF and this system will provide a signal from up to 492 feet away.
I've linked some videos on the installation of these parts for you to have a look at, as well.
