Recommended 4-Bike Rack With Receiver Tube for Towing

Question:

shopping bike racks. our bikes have the angled top tube so im looking for racks that can accommodate this. i want the hanging post style because im modify it and add a trailer ball to tow the fishing boat very light, #150 tongue, #1200 boat + trailer total. so im looking at the swagman XP series or the K2 rotating cradle series. the swagman is much much more money, so im wondering if theres such a significant difference? also, on the k2, can you only rotate the cradles 45*? it seems like that would be way too far as our bike tubes are at about 25*. this would just reverse the probelm and make them tip too far backward. some insight would help. thank you!

I have the perfect bike rack that will allow you to carry four bikes and attach a boat trailer, the Swagman Original 4 Bike Towing Rack part # S64675. In order to use a hanging style bike rack with bikes that have a deep drop tube frame, you will need an adapter bar like the Swagman Deluxe Bike Frame Adapter Bar part # 64005 which installs between the seatpost and handlebar post to create a level attachment point.

In regards to the Swagman XP and Detail K2, I can't recommend you modify these to tow a trailer.
