Can Brake Controller Wiring Harness from a 2001 Chevy Tahoe Fit a 2006 Chevy Silverado

Will the trailer brake controller wiring harness that I have in my 2001 Tahoe work in my 2006 Silverado?

The wiring harness for the 2001 Chevy Tahoe, # 3025-S, is pinned out differently than the harness needed for the 2006 Chevy Tahoe. However, you can re-pin the 3025-S.
With the blue locking tab on top, the white wire goes into the top left spot, the red goes in the bottom left spot. Black goes in center right and blue in bottom right. I have included a picture that should help.
