I do have an option for you but we currently do not carry 225/70/15 trailer tires. That is not a very common trailer tire size but is a common passenger tire size.

I recommend to use Karrier ST225/75R15 Radial Load range E Tire on the 6 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern 15" White Spoke Wheel part # AM32680 . The Karrier ST225/75R15 tire size is about 1" larger in diameter compared to your existing tire. The general rule is you want to keep 3 inches of vertical clearance above the top of the tire to the fender. The section width of the ST225/75R15 is the same as your existing tires. These tires are speed rated M - which means the maximum speed is 81 mph.
