Can PLR3408 T-Strap Hinge Be Used on Wooden Trailer Ramps
Question:
Hi, Are these hinges strong enough to use as ramp hinges? I have 2 x 12 wood ramps and like to add hinge so they fold. Equipment I roll up ramps weighs up to 600 lbs. Thx!

I reached out to my contact at Polar, manufacturers of the # PLR3408 T-Strap Hinges and I was able to confirm that you can definitely use these to add the folding ability to your wooden ramps. Because you'll be rolling up equipment weighing up to 600 lbs, you'll want make sure to use at least 4 of # PLR3408.
