Recommended Spare Tire Carrier That is Not Angled Upwards

Question:

The hitch mounted Curt spare tire carrier holds the tire at an angle. I need a class C spare tire holder that holds the tire perfectly vertical, but I don’t want to spend $450 or more for the road master. Is there a simple tire carrier that will do this?

I have an option with less of an angle but there is not an option that is perfectly vertical besides the Roadmaster Spare Tire carrier part # RM-195125 like you mentioned. However, the Draw-Tite Spare tire carrier option part # 6715 has less of an angle compared to the Curt. It is also angled out instead of in so the tire is angled dramatically upwards like with the Curt option. I have attached photos so that you can compare the two carriers. The Draw-tite has a universal bolt pattern which I have also attached as a diagram. This is the best option with less of an angle compared to the Curt.
