The Furrion 2-in-1 Range Oven with Glass Cover part # FSRE21SABL has a temperature adjustment range of 350 to 475 degrees Fahrenheit. The reason for this is that the gas supply in your home is much more refined than the gas supply in your camper therefore you forgo so features such as finer temperature adjustments. That said, this has more to do with the actual gas supply in the trailer rather than the actual oven.
The Furrion 21" 2-in-1 Range Oven with Glass Cover is only offered in black.
