The dimensions of the Taylor Made Dock Float # 36946116 that you referenced are 48 by 24 inches and they have each have a lifting capacity of 450 lbs. If you had a total of 5 you'd have the entire perimeter of the dock outlined.
Length wise you'd use three end to end on each side on the longer 12 foot side and then the narrower side you'd fit one between what's there already and you'd be set.
