Is The Thule EasyFold Compatible With 1-1/4" Hitches to Carry Heavier E-Bikes

Greetings, I have a 1-1/4 hitch on my 2012 Chevrolet Equinox and my 2019 Chevy Traverse. Are both these compatible with the Thule EasyFold XT 2 E-Bike Platform Rack - 1-1/4 ? I want to carry 2 ebikes.

Yes, the Thule EasyFold XT 2 E-Bike Platform Rack part # TH903202 is compatible with the 1-1/4" hitch on both your 2012 Chevy Equinox and 2019 Chevy Traverse. The EasyFold is compatible with Class I and II 1-1/4" and 2" hitches so you won't have any issues using it on almost any 1-1/4" hitch regardless of the vehicle. The Thule EasyFold XT 2 E-Bike Platform Rack weighs 45 lbs and can handle 65 lbs per bike. As long as your E-Bikes do not weigh more than 65 lbs then the Thule EasyFold XT will work well for you and will not exceed the weight rating of your hitch or the rack.

The EasyFold rack comes with a ramp to allow you to easily load and unload the e-bikes from the rack. It also allows you to tilt the rack away with the bikes on for rear cargo access when you need to get to your cooler after a long bike ride.
