Will this fit the 2004 ford f550 rear Alcoa’s? Also do you have a matching set for the front?

I looked up the wheel bolt pattern of your 2004 Ford F-550 and it has a 10 on 225 mm bolt pattern. So for the rear you'd want the # PXQH2001R and then for the front you'd want the # PXQH2001F.
