What is 5th Circuit of 7-Way to 5-Way Wired As
Question:
My trailer isnt large enough to need brakes. However, it has a five pole flat connector with the blue wire going to reverse lights. Can I re-configure this plug so the blue wire goes to reverse lights instead of brakes? Do you carry a 7 to 5 adapter plug that is already configured for reverse lights? I really do not want to have a pigtail added in there. I drive a RAM 2500 that has both 7 pin and 4 pin from manufacturer.

The 7-way to 5-way adapter part # A10-7275VP that you referenced actually has the 5th pin already setup for the reverse light circuit like you are wanting so it would be ready to go as soon as you receive it.
