Clearing Retract Time Out Error of LCI Level Up System

Why does this error message come up every time I start my RV? Thanks

Expert Reply:
If the touch pad is showing "Retract Time Out Error" all you need to do is hit, enter and retract at the same time. That will clear that code. I confirmed this with our contacts at Lippert.
