Yes, Thule does list the Passage 2, # TH910XT, as a fit for your 2006 Subaru Tribeca. I have included links to the installation instructions and a video for you to view.
If you will be carrying womens, childrens, or alternative frame bikes, I recommend using the Burke adapter bar, # TH982XT, for greater ground clearance and to carry the bikes more level. I have included a link to a video that shows how the adapter works.
