The RBW Lil' Rocker is designed to fit Industry Standard fifth wheel hitch mounting rails. For your 2016 Chevy Silverado 2500, you'd need the Reese # RP50066-58 rail/bracket kit. The kit you'd looked at is for a Ford, and wouldn't be compatible with your truck.
If your truck has a short bed, you'll want to be sure to use a sliding 5th wheel hitch for proper clearance between the cab and the front of hte 5th wheel.
If you don't already have one, you can install a 7-way trailer connector and wiring harness in your truck bed using part
# 50-97-410.
I'll include links to install details and videos for the bracket/rail kit and the wiring harness.
