Can the SM Arnold Waterblade be Used to Apply a PVC Roof Membrane

Could this product be used to apply a pvc roof system?

While the SM Arnold Waterblade part # 38125-926 can be used to apply a PVC roof membrane it isn't very stiff so this would be best used for small detail areas rather than the entirety of the membrane. For the larger areas I really like a stiffer shower style squeegee that you can seen in the video below at the 9:50 mark. This will allow you to get it pressed down more evenly.
