Can Curt Q16 Hitch be Converted to Underbed Hitch for 2019 Ford F-350 with Reese Elite Rails

I am wanting to add this to my 2019 F350 XLT. Inner rails are already welded to the frame. I currently have a Curt Q16 that used the in bed rails in my old truck. If I add Curt part# 16017 to my current 5th wheel will it lock into Reese RP87FR?

The Reese Elite Under Bed rail kit part # RP87FR is a confirmed fit for your 2019 Ford F-350 so it can work with a Curt Q16 if you use the leg kit part # C16017 to give you an underbed version of the hitch you have now. The Reese Elite rail kits are the same thing as the Ford factory rail kits which is why this combination will work.
