What Size Fuse is Needed to Power 6 Optronics RV Rectangular Porch and Utility Lights
Question:
I intend to mount 6 Of these lights 3 on each side under the exterior body of a 26foot travel trailer and wire them together to a main switch in the trailer interior. This will allow me to pull into a campground after sunset, activate the 6 lights and have ground illumination to position and set up the RV. What size fuse would service a string of six 6 Optronic porch lights? The switch will be wired into the RVs onboard fuse panel.

The Optronics light # RVPL1C works on a 12 volt system but uses regular incandescent bulbs 1141. The amperage draw of this bulb can range from 1.4 amps to 1.6 amps. For 6 of them, a 15 amp fuse would suffice.
