Switching Tail Lights From Side of Frame To Rear of Frame On a Boat Trailer
Question:
Can the tail lights be mounted on the rear of the frame, or should they extend from the frame on either side? Also, could part #CE48810 be combined with a part such as the Protective Mounting Bracket for Square Combination Tail Lights so as to allow the tail light to extend from the trailer frame and also have some additional protection? Thanks

In order to determine the correct mounting location of tail lights on a trailer it would be best to check with the department of transportation to make sure you are abiding by all local laws. That said, I wouldn't think it would matter if they are mounted on the side of the frame or on the face of the rear cross-member so long as they are both visible.
In order to use the Protective Mounting Bracket for Square Combination Tail Lights part # WE68FR you can get the Glolight LED Combination Tail Light part # STL108RB for passenger side and part # STL109RB for driver side.
