Suspension Enhancement for a 2006 Honda pilot EX

Question:

My springs seam to have what I believe to be a strut inside of them. Is this the part I need or is it something else.

There are a few different suspension enhancement systems you could use for your 2006 Honda Pilot. I have included a link to them for you. The Firestone Coil-Rite springs, # F4179, will replace the factory overload bumpers that are in the factory springs. I have included a link to the instructions for you to view.
