The only towing mirrors available for 2019 Ford Ranger (All Models) are universal. They do not offer custom fit towing mirrors for this vehicle nor did they for the previous generation or any mid-size trucks for that matter. Therefore, if you need towing mirrors you will only have universal options to choose from. That said, we have some really great universal towing mirrors that perform just as well if not better than the custom fit options. The main benefit for the custom fit options is a clean look.

I recommend the K-Source Universal Towing Mirrors part # KS3891-2. I personally love these mirrors because the ratcheting system is very easy to use and it takes no time at all to get them on and off the vehicle. The best part is the large mirror face which although can be adjusted inside the ball and socket has a very snug fit so there is little to no distortion while out on the road.
