In order to use Reese Above Bed Rails On a 1996 Ford F-350 you will want the Reese Universal Installation Kit for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches part # RP30439 or if you don't have the Reese Above Bed Rails then you will need the Reese Universal Base Rails and Installation Kit for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches part # RP30035.
Unfortunately, there is not a custom 5th wheel install kit for a 1996 Ford F-350.
