The Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller part # 90195 and the Tekonsha Prodigy P2 Trailer Brake Controller part # 90885 are directly compatible with the HydraStar Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator part # HBA16. Therefore, you don't need to use the HydraStar Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator Adapter Module part # HBA-CAM.
If you are having issues then remove the adapter and ensure you have elected "Hydraulic" as the brake style in the settings for the brake controller.
