Will the Thule OutWay 3 Trunk mount Bike Rack Fit a 2012 Chevy Volt

Question:

We understand that this works great for cars with trunks, but this is listed to go on a Volt. Volts are hatchbacks and we are wondering if the straps are long enough to go all the way to the top of the window on the hatch 3 foot or so. I don't see any installation pictures for a hatchback.

The Thule Raceway 3, # TH56BV, is listed as a fit for your 2012 Chevy Volt by Thule. The cables are long enough to attach the bike rack safely.

If you will be carrying women's, children's, or alternative frame bikes, I recommend using the bike adapter bar, # TH982XT, for greater ground clearance and to carry the bikes more level. I have included a link to a video that shows how the adapter works.
