Would Replacement Handle for Pop & Lock Tonneau and Truck Cap Power Lock # PAL9585 Have Been Glued
Question:
I am trying to replace my old lock with the new one but I can’t remove the old one after removing the large nut. Is the old lock glued to the glass? I don’t want to force the lock out for fear of breaking the glass. My truck cap is a Raider Phantom. Thanks

The Replacement Handle for Pop & Lock Tonneau and Truck Cap Power Lock # PAL9585 shouldn't have been glued to the glass of the cap. Most likely it just needs to be gently pried off. You might try some spray lubricant like WD40 set over night to see if that will free it up.
