The Thule Force XT, # TH6358B, is a fairly long box at 82-3/4 inches. However, because the box and the crossbars can be positioned more forward relative to the vehicle roof, you should be able to get the rear hatch opened most of the way if not all of the way.
Measure from the center of your front crossbar to the seam between the roof and rear hatch. If it's more than 51-1/8 inches then the Force XT will fit just fine without making contact.
