Thule Pulse Alpine Roof Mounted Cargo Box for 2008 Honda CRV
Question:
I have never dealt with a roof mounted carrier before. I am wondering if this fits to a 2008 Honda CRV with the standard factory roof racks. Thanks.

The Thule Pulse Alpine Roof Mounted Black Cargo Box would be a fit for your 2008 Honda CRV, but the length of the box would cause some interference with the hatch, which would prevent you from opening the hatch fully. If you need to carry long objects like skis, and the fact that you will need to be careful opening the hatch does not bother you, the Pulse Alpine would work for you.
The Thule Pulse Medium, part # TH614 is actually a bit larger at 14 cubic feet, but it is short enough that it will not interfere with opening the rear hatch fully. If you are not concerned with carrying skis, it would be a better choice for you.
You might also be interested in a tire step, like part # HE4040, which would make accessing your roof mounted cargo much easier.
