Is a Spacer Needed To Fit Firestone Air Springs On 2018 Ford F-250 With Block Under Leaf Springs

Question:

I have a 2018 F250 that has a 4” block lift in the leaf springs. Can I still mount this on my truck with the use of a spacer? If so, which one? And will I need to cut the snubber stop off the 4” block to make it fit?

The Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs part # F35FV is a confirmed fit for a 2018 Ford F-250 4x4 with the factory suspension. Therefore, if you have the factory suspension then the Firestone air springs will work just fine without any additional spacers. I took a look at the photo you have included and the lift block that attaches to the jounce spring contact point under the leaf springs is actually a factory installed component so you will not have any issues.

If you will be frequently inflating and deflating the air springs, you will want to consider an on-board air compressor for which I recommend using the Air Command F3 Compressor System part # F2589 because it's wireless so you don't have to run any air lines or wires into the cab.
