Troubleshooting Ground Control 3.0 Not All Jacks Extending

Question:

When I hit auto level 2 front jacks went down! The other 4 will not go do and level ! Saying jack time out! Will not let me switch to manual to bring jacks down! Cannot get the 2 front to extend back up either

I was unable to locate the exact system you purchased from us but from what I can gather you bought the Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System # LC675817. I reached out to Lippert for you and was told the following:

"The customer has a jack time out. This means the leveling system could not complete the job. This will more than likely be a voltage issue. I only say this because the customer is stating the touch pad will not let them go to manual mode. I'm betting the voltage to the system is low enough it locked the touch pad up. The customer needs to check the voltage from the battery. We need to see 12.75 volts."
