Does Thule Top Deck Saddle Kayak Carrier # TH881 Fit 2016 Toyota Highlander Factory Crossbars

Will this work well with the cross bar system of a 2016 Toyota highlander. I currently have the foam blocks but feel like this may be a better overall option.
