Are Firestone Air Bags Compatible With B&W Gooseneck Hitch on 2019 Toyota Tundra

Question:

I have called in and talked to the sales group, and was told that the Firestone F2245 and BandW GN1257 on a Toyota Tundra 2019 4WD will work without an issue. I can see that it should fit, but wanted clarification a 2 items. The brackets for the fuel control spaces it off the frame rail look like it will push it out to touching the BandW bracket that mounts into the side rail. Does it? The BandW bracket for the GN that mounts into the rail has large diameter bolts through the top and bottom that are torqued to 165 ft/lbs. The F2245 utilizes the same hole on the bottom of the rail. It has a smaller bolt appears to anyways from the pictures that is hollow, and would be able to handle much less torque. Im guessing 60 ft/lbs, but havent seen the specs for tightening it. Can you verify that this does not cause an issue with the safety of the BandW GN1257? If this all works, Ill send you a picture after the installation F2445 arrive tomorrow. Thank you

Yes, I confirmed with Firestone that the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2445 is compatible with the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1257 on your 2019 Toyota Tundra.

The Turnoverball bracket does have specific directions for the fuel pump control when using air springs like the Firestone, as you can see in the cut out of the directions. These are the specific directions you will want to follow, as it does look like it would push it out to the B&W bracket.

As for the torque, I can only recommend following the specific instructions of the torque set by the gooseneck hitch, which as you mentioned is 150 lbs.
