With one small change absolutely. You just want to change the part # DM8550024 to the Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider part # DM8550022 this one is specifically designed and will work out great with the Underbed Rail and Installation Kit part # DM8551000 from Demco. It retains the 18,000 lb. capacity you originally inquired about it is the exact same thing just designed for Demcos's base rather than Ford's
