Is Air Force One Supplemental Braking System Compatible with Air over Hydraulic Motorhome Brakes
Question:
Is this unit compatible with an RV with Air-over-Hydraulic Brakes? I have a 2003 Safari Cheetah with a Roadmaster M4R-Series Chassis with 3126E CAT Diesel engine Pusher RV. This RV has Air-over-Hydraulic Brakes.

Yes, the Air Force One part # SM99243 that you referenced is compatible with air over hydraulic brakes like what your 2003 Safari Cheetah has that is built on a Roadmaster M4R Series Chassis.
I attached a review video for this system for you to check out as well.
