Can I Use Flint Hill Goods LED Brake Light CR-017 As Fog Light
Question:
How do I set up the wiring so that when this light is turned on it is at its brightest? This is being used only as a rear fog light in bad weather. Right now its not very bright at all. It needs to have the brightness thats used when the brake lights come on. Its in a three wire setup

The Flint Hill Goods Square LED Brake Light Hitch Cover for 2" Hitches # FHG72VR is designed to light up when the brake lights are activated. There is not a way to re-wire the light to allow it to accept power all of the time without damaging the light.
You can use the Alpena LED Fog Litz 4 part # ALP77160 which are designed to accept 12V power and come with brackets to install them. I have attached a video for your reference.
