Will Pilot Propeller Trailer Hitch Cover # CR-402L Fit Class I 1-1/4 Inch Hitch on 2011 Kia Optima

Question:

I drive a 2011 Kia Optima and I have a Class I trailer that I installed when I ordered it from you. I want to buy the propeller style traveler cover. However, I want to be sure that it will fit my vehicle. I have the Class I type of trailer hitch and I am pretty sure it is the smallest one you can buy. If that fits the cover, I will go ahead and buy it. Thank you

The Pilot 4 Blade Propeller Trailer Hitch Cover, part # CR-402, will fit the 1-1/4 inch and 2-inch trailer hitches. It comes with additional pieces that can be used to install on your 1-1/4 inch hitch.

I purchased this item hoping to have the light activate when I hit the brakes. I am confused as to why it has a battery attached to it unless that is just to demonstrate that it works. My 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited came off the lot with a 4-way connector already wired at the hitch. I am disappointed that this item doesnt appear to readily plug into the connector. Any advice?

The attached battery pack is strictly for demonstration when the cover is is in the packaging. Remove the battery pack from the 4-way plug on the cover and and install it on your Jeep. Check out the video I have linked. It shows how the light should look before installing into the hitch.
