The 'Bloc' error code you're reading on your AirLift # AL72000 compressor system does indeed mean that there's a blockage in the system, according to Air Lift the overwhelming majority of the time given what you've troubleshot up to this point the problem is in the water trap canister joined to the manifold. There's a spring in there can can get dislodged and once that occurs, the compressor will just dump all the air out of the water drain. Simply disassemble the water trap assembly by unscrewing the cylinder and clean the spring and plunger. Give the parts a good shot of a spray lubricant like WD-40 and reassemble. That should solve your problem.

I've provided a photo showing where the water trap assembly is located.

@CoreyC The 'Bloc' error code you're getting on your AirLift compressor system indicates that there's a blockage in the system. Most often, the problem is in the water trap canister joined to the manifold. There's a spring in there can can get out of place and when that happens, the compressor will just dump all the air before it can reach your desired pressure. You'll need to take apart the water trap assembly by unscrewing the cylinder and clean the spring and plunger. Give the parts a good soaking of spray lubricant like WD-40 and put it back together which should fix the issue.
