Trunk Mounted Bike Rack Recommendation for 2004 Jaguar S-Type R

Question:

Looking for a bike rack for our 2004 Jaguar S-Type R that will hold 2 all-road gravel bikes with top tube. Need to be able to clear the spoiler. Thanks!

The Thule OutWay Trunk Mounted Bike Rack # TH45JV that you referenced is a fit for your 2004 Jaguar S-Type R that has a spoiler and also is the best option available so I recommend it highly. It is overall the easiest to install and load bikes on and is the most secure mainly due to the 2 rubber coated steel cables it uses to attach to your vehicle instead of the 4-6 nylon straps of other trunk mounted carriers.

To load bikes without a horizontal top tube the trick is to also use a bike frame adapter bar like part # UB01. This attaches to the seat post and steering stem of the bike to give the rack a horizontal tube for the bike rack to attach to.
