How Wide is the Thule Yepp Bike Luggage Rack Where It Mounts

Can you tell me how wide this 28inch thule yepp rack is at the bottom where it mounts to the rear wheel? Thanks

In regards to the Thule Yepp Bike Luggage Rack part # TH12020946, the two flanges that mount to the bike frame are spaced 6" apart. I have attached a link and diagram for you as well.
