Does Saris Bones Trunk Rack Have to Use Frame Adapter When Carrying Womens Bikes

Can I safely, use this carrier for womens bikes without spending another $44 for the adapter for womens bikes???

It really depends on the bike frame as some womens bikes have top tubes that are at really extreme angles (definitely need adapter bar) and others the angle is pretty mild which you'd be okay to load onto the Saris bike rack # SA805BL without a bike frame adapter part # UB01. That said, even the more mild angled frames do tend to load easier with an adapter. The # UB01 is one of the less expensive adapters and is also one of the more easy to use ones as well.
