I have a really good solution for you but we do not stock any carrier A/C units and I was unable to find any for sale anywhere else. With that said in order to replace your Carrier Air V RV Air Conditioner I recommend using the Advent Air Replacement RV Air Conditioner for Carrier Setup we have these available in two BTU or cooling capabilities part # ACCAR150 is rated for 13,500 Btu's and is really good for small to smaller medium type campers or part # ACCAR135 rated for 15,000 Btu's which is used in most medium to large campers sometimes they will even have two of these installed. This unit will be the only direct replacement we offer that will use the ceiling vent and thermostat that you have now for your Carrier unit.

This means the process to install the new unit will be extremely easy as it is all pretty much just plug and play. The Advent unit also comes with a start capacitor which reduces the amount of watts required to start the unit. I recommend going a little larger than smaller if you are unsure about what you current set up is because you can always use it on a lower setting if it's getting too cool in the camper but you can't turn it up past high if it isn't keeping your camper as cool as you would like.
