Can I jump two 6 volt batteries paralleled with a 12 volt batterie?

6 Volt batteries wired in parallel have an output voltage of 6 volts so I would not recommend connecting a 12 volt battery setup to them since the voltage would be way to high. You'd need a 6 volt charger like # CTEK56191 and you'd be set.
