can i get a demco slider hitch under body for a 2016 ram rebel with factory air suspension

Although there are Demco Hijacker Autosliding hitches that would work with your 2016 Ram Rebel 1500, there are unfortunately no Demco under bed mounts that are compatible with the air suspension so you'd need to go with the above bed mounts. Demco doesn't offer an above bed mount that'll work with the air suspension, but luckily Reese does. So, you could use the Demco Hijacker Autoslider along with a Reese # RP50142-58 above-bed rail kit. The Reese kit uses industry standard rails as does the Hijacker Autoslide, so the hitch will be compatible with the bed rails.

The actual Demco Autoslide hitch you'd need will depend on the bed length. If you have the 5-1/2 foot bed, you'll need to go with the 13K capacity, part # DM8550040, because it offers 22-1/2 inches of travel to give you the proper clearance between the front of the fifth wheel and the back of the cab. If you have the 6-1/2 foot bed, you could go with the 18K capacity # DM8550034 which has 14 inches of travel and is a bit less expensive. For the 6-1/2 foot bed only, B&W does offer an under bed mount option, the Companion. You'd need the # BWGNRK1309 rail kit and the # BWRVK3400 sliding hitch.
