Pillar posts for your 2020 GMC Canyon with and without accents simply means one is a little more decorative and has some flair, and I'll give you an example.
The Putco Chrome Decorative Pillar Posts # P402676GM-2 have a "GMC" cutout while the Putco Classic Chrome Decorative Pillar Posts # P402676 do not; they are simply a full chrome.
