The trailer is model 385 rw Heartland . The opening is 28inch wide and 34 inch tall.We have the stock steps now and always seem to be one step short. Thank you

Expert Reply:
I spoke with my contact at Brophy about scissor steps # SS02. The retracted height is approximately 10 inches when installed. When extended, the height is 24 to 31 inches.
These steps are designed as a universal fit item so they will most likely not fit the factory step mount and you will need to drill to mount them.
