I may have an option for you but Flex-A-Lite does not have a proper belt driven fan for the 1984 Ford F-250.
You will need Derale Thermal Fan Clutch part # D22052 and one of the following fans depending on how much space you have available.
17" Fan part # D17117
18" Fan part # D17118
19" Fan part # D17119
20" Fan part # D17120
