Mounting Clearance Needed and Water Fitting Size for Dometic Full-Timer RV Toilet
Question:
1. How far must bathroom walls be from the mounting holes in the new fixture? The existing mounting bolts are in place to set the new toilet with its back pointing into the intersecting corner of two walls. 2. What size plumbing fitting is needed to fasten the supply water to the input fitting? Is it made of nylon or some kind of plastic? Toilet to be installed in a 2012 Cougar High Country 321 RES, by Keystone. Thank you for your help,

In order for the Dometic Full-Timer RV Toilet part # DOM59FR to fit you will need to have at least 11" from the wall to the center of the waste outlet. The water connection on the toilet has a 1/2" NPT fitting and is indeed made of a plastic material.
