Generally speaking, you should change the tires on a trailer every 5-6 years from the time they're mounted on your trailer (assuming that they were stored in a controlled environment between manufacture and resale). Since you're not driving on them much, I think it's safe to use this number as your baseline, but I recommend checking them periodically, and before and after each trip for cracks along the sidewalls or general deformities that may be indicative of dry rot on the tires- which is going to be your main concern with such limited use.
